I've been watching some What A Cartoon Show - episodes lately. Man, they knew how to make cartoons back then. These are my favorites:

This has it all. Great art, good acting, functional story, lummoxes, and of course mean, funny cartoon gags. yup. [link]

This has AWESOME, solid drawings and brilliant acting, but is a bit more lacking storywise. Though it's still very funny. [link]
